CellCarta in Wilrijk, Antwerp, is seeking an entry-level Clinical Study Associate I to support the Clinical Operations team with sample review, query management, and release for testing. You will assist with study setup and administrative tasks to keep projects on track.

You will gain hands-on experience in LIMS systems (StarLIMS) and data entry tools like Medrio, while developing strong organizational and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2+ years in admin management or CRA/CTA roles or histotechnology labs preferred.
• Strong English communication and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Study Conduct: Maintain study account information in LIMS (StarLIMS) and the Customer Portal.
• Study Conduct: Prepare shipment requests and support image transfer.
• Study Conduct: Prepare bioanalytical reports and assist study closures; data entry in Medrio.
• Study Set-Up: Prepare study documentation and set up workflows in StarLIMS.
• Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives as needed.
