CellCarta in Wilrijk, Antwerp seeks an entry-level Clinical Study Associate I to support the Clinical Operations team with sample review, query management, and release for testing, plus study conduct/setup tasks.

The role emphasizes administrative duties, collaboration with the Project Manager, and ensuring projects stay on track; requires a life sciences degree and 2+ years in related admin roles, English proficiency, and MS Office skills. 38-hour week hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field; or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of administrative management and/or CRA/CTA experience or histotechnology labs preferred
• Strong communication skills; proficient in English; additional languages are an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Positive, energetic attitude; able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsabilités

• Maintain study account information in LIMS (StarLIMS) and the Customer Portal
• Prepare shipment requests through LIMS (StarLIMS)
• Support image transfer requests
• Prepare bioanalytical reports for review by the Project Manager
• Support study closure activities
• Data entry in systems such as Medrio
• Support signature collection, audits, document filing, and related administrative tasks
• Prepare applicable study documentation, ensuring smooth execution of all processes from sample accessioning through to result reporting
• Complete study set-up within StarLIMS, including workflows for automated test assignment and quality controls
