A clinical research organization in Belgium is looking for an Entry Clinical Research Associate to support drug and medical device development. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a health or life science field, along with 1+ years of clinical research experience. Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and French are essential. Responsibilities include conducting site visits and ensuring compliance with protocols. Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in a health or life science related field.
• 1+ year of clinical research experience with direct patient‑facing responsibility as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Study Coordinator, or similar.
• Excellent command of English, Dutch, and French.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60‑70% nationally.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with the approved protocol.
• Communicate with medical site staff, including coordinators and clinical research physicians.
• Verify that investigators have appropriate qualifications and resources.
• Review regulatory documents and account for medication or device accountability.
• Prepare monitoring reports summarizing findings, deviations, deficiencies, and recommended actions.
