Deliverect is seeking a Solutions Consultant for enterprise client engagements, offering strategic guidance and deep technical expertise to customers across the globe. The role bridges developer ecosystems and business operations, shaping adoption paths and long-term customer success.

The position supports hybrid work with 3 days in a European office and 2 days remote, or fully remote depending on location, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required (additional languages a plus).
• 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation.

Responsabilités

• Analyze complex enterprise customer workflows, translate requirements into scalable implementations, and lead deep-dive technical alignment sessions.
• Guide clients beyond basic setup by recommending best practices, and optimized integration architectures.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to tech leads and C-suite executives, communicating complex concepts clearly.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to share VOC feedback, identify product gaps, and influence platform roadmaps.
• Establish structure in ambiguous, high-pressure environments by prioritizing initiatives and adapting to changing requirements.
• Guide clients through onboarding and adoption lifecycle with end-to-end testing, tailored training, and smooth deployments.
• Apply systems thinking and root-cause analysis to troubleshoot integration, middleware, and API challenges.
• Document and elevate platform bugs, improve implementation frameworks, and mentor team members.
