Marifah International School in Belgium seeks passionate English teachers to join our dynamic academic team. You will design engaging lessons, foster reading, writing and speaking skills, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field, has at least one year of teaching experience (IGCSE experience is a plus), and demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (IGCSE experience is an advantage).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for language education and student development.

Responsabilités

• Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Teaching English language skills in alignment with curriculum objectives.
• Assessing student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Accurately recording and maintaining student grades and academic records.
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participating in staff meetings, training, and continuous professional development.
• Leading or supporting CCAs to enhance student life.
• Supervising students during designated periods and substitution duties when required.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.

You will utilize interactive teaching strategies to help learners achieve their academic targets while tracking their progress and offering constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Teaching English language skills in alignment with curriculum objectives
• Assessing student performance through assignments, tests, and projects
• Accurately recording and maintaining student grades and academic records
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Participating in staff meetings, training, and continuous professional development
• Leading or supporting Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) to enhance student life
• Supervising students during designated periods and fulfilling substitution duties when required
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment

You Should Have
