A leading language institution in Jurbeke is seeking an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator. Responsibilities include preparing engaging classes, monitoring student progress, and coordinating with fellow teachers. Ideal candidates should have teaching experience and proficiency in English. This full-time role offers a friendly environment with comprehensive training, starting in November.

Qualifications

For our schools in Gerpinnes and Jurbise we are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic English teacher with coordination skills to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
• Coordinate the teaching team, ensuring lesson quality, follow-up with families, and smooth school operations.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with students, families, peers, and mentors to support every child’s growth.
• Communicate efficiently, effectively, and professionally.

Key Qualifications

• Teaching experience is a plus, as well as experience in team coordination or educational management.
• Advanced or proficiency level in English.
• A true team player; if you’ve ever been part of a team, you’ll fit right in!
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to support and motivate fellow teachers.
