The Engineering Manager, Platform Integration is responsible for leading the integration and de-risking of Cochlear's embedded technology platforms. You will own the integration testing strategy that ensures hardware and embedded software come together as reliable, testable and scalable systems well before product-level integration. This role plays a critical part in reducing downstream risk, enabling platform reuse, and demonstrating platform readiness to senior stakeholders and product development teams. You will lead the team responsible for integration planning, test strategy development, early manufacturing test approaches, and platform capability demonstration working closely with hardware, embedded software, architecture, research and manufacturing partners.
