As Senior Product Manager, you will define what we build, why it matters, and how we prioritise. You will own product strategy, roadmap decisions, discovery, and outcome accountability for the fitting platform.

Success in this role requires balancing customer needs, clinical considerations, technical constraints, and commercial objectives to make clear, evidence‑based decisions in a complex and evolving environment.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Marketing teams to deliver products that improve hearing outcomes and customer experiences globally.

  • Translate portfolio priorities into validated product opportunities and hypotheses.
  • Assess desirability, feasibility, viability, and workflow impact before investment decisions.
  • Ensure opportunities are clearly defined and ready for delivery.

  • Gather and synthesise insights from customer research, usage analytics, competitive intelligence, and Key Opinion Leaders.

  • Partner with Commercialisation and Marketing teams to articulate product value.
  • Monitor adoption, customer satisfaction, clinical efficiency, hearing outcomes, and business performance.
  • Incorporate market feedback into future roadmap and lifecycle decisions.

  • Drive high‑quality decisions through influence, communication, and evidence.
  • Produce clear decision artefacts to support governance and timely decision‑making.
  • Maintain momentum in fast‑moving and ambiguous environments.
Product Lifecycle Management
  • Remain accountable for product outcomes after launch.
  • Monitor performance signals and distinguish meaningful insights from noise.
  • Drive continuous product improvement and evidence generation.

  • Stakeholder Influence and Communication: Drives alignment across complex, multi‑party environments through clear communication, sound reasoning, and decision‑ready artefacts.
  • Execution in Ambiguity: Maintains pace and judgement in evolving governance and high‑ambiguity conditions.
  • AI-Enabled Working Practice: Uses AI tools pragmatically to accelerate discovery, synthesis, and communication.
Desired Skills
  • Deep hands‑on cochlear implant audiology expertise, including fitting and programming practice.
  • Strong product management experience in medical device software, clinical software, or other regulated health technology products.
  • Strong product management experience in complex business software used by professional users in high‑stakes workflows.
