Swift, the world’s leading provider of secure financial messaging services, is seeking a Chapter Lead to guide a team of experts responsible for the design, development and evolution of SWIFT's Alliance interface products. You will drive architecture, standards and performance in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development with a focus on financial messaging or enterprise integration.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or management leading engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20022, MT messages and related protocols.
• Experience with programming languages, integration technologies (MQ, APIs), and Linux/Windows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive technical excellence and build high-performing teams.
• Experience with SWIFT's Alliance products is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a chapter of engineers focused on Alliance interface products.
• Define and champion best practices, architectural patterns, and development standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to chapter members.
• Monitor industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for Alliance Interfaces.
• Contribute to quality standards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
