Kono Consultants NV in Brussels seeks a Medior to Senior Functional Analyst to join the Energy Transition team. You will analyze business needs, run workshops, translate requirements into functional designs, and act as the bridge between business and development partners throughout the end-to-end delivery.

You will define and validate solutions, oversee test plans, ensure quality, document analyses, and support incident handling.

Qualifications

• 5 years of demonstrable experience as a functional analyst.
• Proven experience designing test plans and coordinating UAT.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in E2E delivery from requirements elicitation to testing and go-live.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Proven experience with API-based application integration.
• Proven experience with cloud migration or cloud-based environments.
• Proven experience with UML and BPMN process modelling.
• Proven experience with web-based digital platforms.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other language.
• Proven experience with a modeling tool.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the evolution of applications, analyzing business needs and leading workshops.
• Define solutions aligned with IT architecture and validate with the business.
• Serve as intermediary between business and development partners, documenting designs.
• Oversee development cycle, perform needs and functional analyses using UML and Enterprise Architect.
• Control quality of deliverables, manage test phases, and contribute to implementation.
• Coordinate, develop and execute test plans to deliver high-quality applications.
• Manage applications with developers and document issues and resolutions.
