Capgemini Engineering in Brussels is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support an energy sector client. You will coordinate workstreams, engage stakeholders, formalise business needs and support change management as the Academy takes shape.

You will lead multi-stakeholder groups, gather and analyse requirements, prepare decision-support documents and contribute to governance and reporting across the programme. Fluency in FR/EN/NL is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience facilitating working groups and engaging stakeholder communities.
• Strong skills in process mapping and functional analysis.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy and autonomy.
• Fluent in FR/EN/NL.

Responsabilités

• Leading identification, structuring and monitoring workstreams with clear objectives and risk tracking.
• Coordinating multi-stakeholder working groups and producing governance materials and minutes.
• Gathering and analysing business requirements; mapping current and future uses.
• Supporting change management with communication materials and adoption risk assessment.
• Ensuring progress reporting and structured analyses across all workstreams.
