Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in software engineering and designing complex software.
• Experience translating energy challenges into robust software solutions.
• Ability to guide developers and make sound technical decisions.
• Clear communication with developers and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coach developers with focus on growth, quality and ownership.
• Own the platform's technical direction and translate challenges into scalable designs.
• Ensure deliverables’ quality including code reviews, testing and documentation.
• Discuss ideas and improvements for usability, stability, features and markets.
• Think strategically to strengthen products.
• Remove blockers and support the team in technical decisions.
