Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex agreements for data centers and logistics projects aligned with energy regulations.
• Advise on risks and ensure compliance with evolving EU and Flemish regulations.
• Foster a legal-aware culture within the Belgium team and conduct training sessions.
• Collaborate with European Legal Counsels to address cross-border legal challenges.
