Ubique Systems is seeking a Functional Analyst to reinforce the Data Team on projects related to financial closing and reporting. The role bridges Business, Finance, Operations, Data teams and IT to translate requirements into robust, auditable solutions.

You will own data quality controls, reconciliation rules and process documentation, while collaborating with Data Engineers and Business stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy sector and invoicing is a plus.
• Experience with closing in finance or accounting is advantageous.
• Proven experience in functional analysis and data-driven projects.
• Strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python and Power BI.
• Experience with Agile methodology.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and designs.
• Configure and enhance data processing workflows with Data Engineers and Architects.
• Support Dataiku workflows, SQL logic, data transformations and quality controls.
• Analyze and modify SQL queries, data models and reconciliation logic.
• Contribute to Dataiku development with Python and PySpark recipes.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Validate implementations against specs and business expectations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers and Business stakeholders for scalable solutions.
