Nishtech is hiring a Data Analyst – Data Visualization & Analytics to join one of Europe’s largest energy transmission companies. You will develop dashboards, analyze market data, and build data pipelines to support strategic energy studies.

Applicants should have 3+ years in data analytics, strong Python and Power BI skills, and experience with large datasets and data warehousing. English required; Dutch/French advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Data Analyst or related role with data visualization focus.
• Strong Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
• Hands-on Power BI development for dashboards and reports.
• Experience with large datasets, data modeling, and visualization.
• Proficient SQL and relational databases.
• Experience building data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Ability to clean, validate, transform, and analyze complex data.
• Ability to create automated validation and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of BI concepts and storytelling with data.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency; Dutch/French advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve data management processes including data warehouses.
• Analyze large datasets from market and energy simulations.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Develop Python scripts for data analysis and automation.
• Benchmark visuals against industry studies and energy market reports.
• Create comparative visualizations across simulations and historical data.
• Identify inconsistencies in input/output data with automated validation.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for exploring complex datasets.
• Present findings and visualization concepts to stakeholders.
