Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3 years post-related experience
• At least 3 years in an EDMS (Enterprise Document Management System)
• At least 3 years in SharePoint content management
• At least 3 years in Office & Adobe Acrobat; emphasis on Outlook and calendar management
• At least 1 year of Excel data analysis

Responsabilités

• Monitor vendor updates and manage software releases
• Manage shared mailbox and track requests
• Maintain lab content and web portal updates
• Coordinate lab environments per engineering guidance
• Prepare post-change reports and analyze results in Excel
• Document procedures and governance
• Provide general administrative support
