NATO Organisation in Mons, Belgium, is adapting its physical footprint with new buildings and redeveloped offices, plus an end‑to‑end support framework to work on day one. They are seeking an experienced infrastructure project manager to run this programme on the end user’s side.

You will coordinate and monitor plans, chair reviews, and drive change management across sites, ensuring alignment with Host Nation requirements and in-house specialists for smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• University-level qualification in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical (High Voltage) engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years as a senior PM on large office redevelopment projects for end user.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and controlling capabilities using recognised PM methods.
• Experience with procurement and contracting with third parties.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor the plans and projects allocated by the Footprint Adaptation Programme Manager.
• Chair internal and external review meetings and report project status to senior management.
• Lead the change management initiative alongside the Transition Manager at each site.
• Prepare and coordinate the infrastructure implementation plans behind each delivery.
• Drive the Site Master Development Plan and O&M support framework in consultation with the Host Nation and in-house specialists.
• Work with the Host Nation so the new buildings and services land aligned to the organisation's requirements.
