NATO Organisation in Mons is adapting its physical footprint with new buildings and redeveloped offices, and needs an experienced infrastructure project manager to run the programme on the end user’s side.

You will coordinate plans, chair reviews, and lead change management across multiple sites, reporting to senior management and working closely with the Host Nation to ensure alignment with requirements.

Qualifications

• University-level qualification in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering (or equivalent) plus solid experience.
• 10+ years as a senior PM on large office redevelopment projects for end users in international or public sector settings.
• Strong planning, monitoring and controlling programme management skills.
• Understanding of procurement and third-party negotiations.
• Budgeting and resource allocation at major-unit/executive level.
• Excellent written and spoken English for staff papers and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor plans and projects assigned by the Footprint Adaptation Programme Manager.
• Chair internal and external review meetings and report status to senior management.
• Lead the change management initiative alongside the Transition Manager at each site.
• Prepare and coordinate infrastructure implementation plans behind each delivery.
• Drive the Site Master Development Plan and O&M framework with Host Nation and in-house specialists.
• Collaborate with Host Nation to align new buildings and services with organisational requirements.
