Sofico is seeking a Performance Testing Specialist to ensure the performance, stability, scalability, and reliability of our automotive software solutions. You will perform proactive and reactive testing across DB, API, and UI layers, identify bottlenecks, and guide development teams on improvements.

Responsabilités

• Perform proactive performance testing across DB, API, and UI layers to identify bottlenecks.
• Execute reactive performance investigations across the full stack to isolate root causes.
• Conduct performance and load testing to validate scalability and resilience.
• Provide technical guidance to development and product teams for performance improvements.
• Execute load and stress tests at DB, API, and UI levels to ensure end-to-end resiliency.
• Assist customers in identifying and resolving performance issues with guidance.
• Manage dedicated performance/load environments for accurate simulations.
• Analyze and optimize batch jobs for stability and throughput under varying loads.
