A&O Shearman is looking for an Associate in their Employment & Compensation practice based in Brussels. This role involves providing comprehensive legal advice on employment and compensation matters for both Belgian and international clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in the employment team of a reputable law firm.
• Motivated to work on high-profile, challenging matters in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice on employment, compensation, and HR-related matters.
• Work on Belgian and international matters.
• Support clients in workplace investigations and employee benefits.
• Collaborate with other departments on interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in secondments and international assignments.
