Isabel Group in Belgium is seeking a customer support professional to be the first point of contact for customers, addressing admin and technical requests with empathy, accuracy, and a proactive mindset.

You will own inquiries from initial contact to resolution, maintain accurate customer records, and contribute to improving support processes and knowledge resources to enhance satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Trilingual proficiency (Dutch, French, English) required.
• Strong customer orientation with empathy and ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Able to adapt to changing tools, processes and priorities.
• Attention to detail and solid digital literacy.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone.
• Analyze requests and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
• Manage incidents and route to the right teams when needed.
• Handle complaints per procedures and document resolutions.
• Maintain and update customer data and contribute to knowledge resources.
