Fujirebio Europe is seeking a Production Planning Lead in Ghent to ensure standardized production planning across all activities. You will own the production planning process, driving efficiency and data-driven decision-making in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• >8 years' experience in production planning or supply chain.
• Strong experience with SAP (MRP, production planning).
• Proven track record in process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end ownership of production planning for Innoline products.
• Drive a standardized 'one way of working' with templates and guidelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for Demand Planning and Commercial teams.
• Define, implement, and monitor key planning KPIs.
• Lead initiatives to improve planning efficiency and reduce waste.
