Job summary

Daikin Europe N.V. is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Engineer for Europe to join the Quality Assurance Center EMEA. You will support the European network of affiliates and distributors on product quality management.

You will follow launches of Altherma heat pumps, investigate quality claims by phone, e-mail, remote monitoring or on-site, and coordinate quality meetings across factories. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Industrial engineer with technical specialization.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of another European language is an asset.
• Able to collaborate with affiliates, distributors and EMEA factories.
• Strong administrative and team-working skills.
• Willing to undertake regular international travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle product quality claims for Europe.
• Follow up launches of Altherma heat pumps and monitor quality over their life cycle.
• Investigate root causes by phone, email, online remote monitoring or on-site.
• Cooperate with quality and design teams across the EMEA region.
• Organize and coordinate quality meetings with various factories and development centres.
