Waterleau, a Belgian environmental technology company, seeks a senior HR leader to shape the long-term regional HR strategy across Europe and the Middle East. You will lead organisation design, talent and performance management, compensation and governance, and own the HR dashboard across four areas.

The role also includes leading employee relations and managing payroll, administration and QHSE in a matrix.

Competenze

• Senior HR leadership experience in an international organisation.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, structured approach to directing HR.
• Strong background in organisation design, talent and performance management, and HR governance.
• Experience with employee relations and social dialogue across several countries.
• Data-driven approach to HR using analytics and technology.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Shape and carry out the long-term regional HR strategy with the Regional Director EME.
• Bring structure to organisation design, talent and performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies, compliance and governance.
• Own the HR dashboard and results per product line across safety/compliance, engagement, cost and talent management.
• Lead employee relations and works council discussions with care and credibility.
• Monitor social legislation developments and translate into practical guidelines for management and HR.
• Lead HR function (payroll, administration, QHSE) and matrix regional HR managers.
