Job summary

Danone is seeking an EMEA Performance & Data Manager VIE based in Brussels for a 12-month assignment starting January 2027. The ideal candidate has a Master in a data-related field and 2+ years in data analytics, with strong Power BI, Excel, SQL and data storytelling skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions for SQCDMN performance.
• Deliver scalable visualization tools for factory, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Standardize dashboards and reporting across regions per Dan-IWS and global standards.
• Develop KPI data models, data structures, and calculation logic aligned with company guidelines.
• Embed alerts and deviation tracking into dashboards for proactive performance management.
