Job summary

Thales Group in Tubize, Belgium, is seeking an Embedded Software Integrator and Validator to join our team on-site. You will integrate embedded software components, verify interactions, and validate performance against specifications.

You will design tests, analyze defects, and contribute to automated tooling and CI/CD improvements in a collaborative, Agile environment. Fluency in English is required, French/Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/EE/Embedded Systems
• 3+ years in embedded software integration or testing
• Experience with C/C++, Rust, Python, debugging tools
• Familiarity with RTOS (FreeRTOS/Zephyr) and Linux

Responsibilities

• Integrate embedded software into target systems and ensure correct interaction between modules
• Design and execute verification tests and track defects
• Develop and operate tools for automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to process improvements
