ADFORS, part of the Saint-Gobain Group, operates in Buggenhout and seeks a maintenance technician to monitor production installations, perform repairs, and implement preventive measures. You will analyze issues, propose improvements, and collaborate with a team while adapting to the schedule and department requests.

Ideal candidates have experience in an industrial setting, basic pneumatics/electrical/controls knowledge, and PLC familiarity.

Qualifications

Experience in an industrial environment and willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics, electricity and controls; PLC knowledge a plus.
Fluent in Dutch with strong English communication.

Responsabilités

Monitor production installations, perform repairs and carry out preventive maintenance.
Accurately and safely repair mechanical and electrical components.
Analyze technical issues and propose improvements to increase efficiency of installations.
Work together with other maintenance technicians and handle tasks independently when needed.
Work according to planning while flexibly responding to requests from different departments.
