CNH Industrial Belgium in Zedelgem seeks an experienced electro-mechanical component engineer to design, develop, and validate electric actuators and motors for off-highway applications. You will follow the established development process from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
You will lead design validation, document specifications, support tests, and engage suppliers.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing electro-mechanical components like electric actuators and motors.
- Experience authoring product specifications.
- Experience with electrical component testing with nationally accredited laboratories.
- Experience with project management and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsabilités
- Lead component engineering for electro-mechanical actuators and motors, based on requirements for AG and CE applications.
- Evaluate designs for functionality and validation readiness.
- Document component requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and report design validation plans (DVP/DVPR) and support vehicle tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
