Schneider Electric is seeking an Electrical Power Systems Expert to assess, optimize, and modernize customers' electrical distribution networks in Belgium and the Netherlands. This hybrid consulting role combines technical depth with customer engagement to enhance safety, reliability, and sustainability.
You will perform power system studies, develop modernization roadmaps, and present actionable recommendations to clients, while collaborating with Sales and Tendering teams to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong experience in electrical power systems engineering, consulting, or industrial distribution.
- Expertise in LV/MV distribution, protection, and power system analysis.
- Familiarity with AREI and European standards.
- Willingness to travel 50-70%.
Responsabilités
- Conduct power system assessments and audits for industrial and commercial customers.
- Develop modernization roadmaps for electrical infrastructure.
- Present findings to customers as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with Sales and Tendering teams to craft solutions.
- Perform short-circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, and power quality studies (20-30% of role).
- Travel regularly within Belgium and the Netherlands.
