You will identify root causes of complex issues, participate in on-call rotations, lead projects for reliability and sustainability improvements, and coach technicians while evaluating external service providers for safety and cost-effectiveness, with a focus on environmental

Qualifications

Implement and document preventive maintenance programs.
Carry out corrective maintenance to restore uptime.
Identify root causes of complex technical issues and implement lasting solutions.
Participate in an on‑call duty rotation.

Responsabilités

Define and execute projects to drive reliability, capacity, and sustainability improvements.
Train, coach, and support Plant & Facilities Technicians.
Evaluate external service providers and contractors for safety, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.
Prepare reports related to environmental and sustainability requirements.
Monitor installations to maximize uptime and ensure operational continuity.
