Envalior in Belgium's Lillo site is seeking a Reliability Engineer to maximize plant availability, optimize maintenance strategies, and enhance asset performance. You will design preventive and predictive maintenance programs, perform RCA/RCM, and collaborate with maintenance and operations using SAP PM.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in plant maintenance or reliability engineering.
• Proven experience with FMEA, RCA, RCM, and reliability improvement methods.
• Knowledge of SAP PM and other reliability/maintenance tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
• Turnaround experience is a big plus.

Responsabilités

• Improve equipment and process reliability across the plant.
• Design and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams on asset management.
• Maintain asset integrity and optimize spare parts inventory.
• Oversee regular inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support capital projects with reliability considerations.
