We are a fast-growing European scale-up in the field of renewable energy and electric mobility. With strong financial backing (€150M+ raised in 2025), we are expanding our presence across Europe (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy) and building one of the most reliable EV charging networks.

Our mission: accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility by deploying charging infrastructure in premium locations such as retail chains, supermarkets, hotels, and real estate developments.

The Role

As Business Developer Belgium, your goal is to identify, negotiate, and secure long-term contracts for EV charging stations in strategic locations. You will manage the full commercial cycle, from prospecting to contract signature.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities with real estate developers, retail chains, hotels, and franchise networks.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, cold calls, meetings, proposals, solution definition, and contract closing.
  • Conduct complex, large-scale negotiations (contracts ranging from €700k – €2M).
  • Work closely with analysts to assess technical and financial feasibility of sites.
  • Present projects to the investment committee on a weekly basis.
  • Build strong partnerships and represent the company at professional events in Belgium and France.
What We’re Looking For
  • min 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (ideally B2B infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, or retail).
  • True hunter profile: you love prospecting, cold calling, and chasing new deals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a data-driven, KPI-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Dutch & English fluency required, French is a plus.
  • An engineering or electrical solutions background is a plus.
  • Above all: humble, proactive, and eager to grow.
