Job summary

Adoc Talent Management seeks a strategic advisor to architect winning EIC Accelerator proposals. You will own the investment case and guide the overall strategic direction with a Lead Writer, focusing ~80% on narrative and financial modeling and ~20% on founder coaching for European Commission programs.

You will craft compelling pitches, mentor teams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain top-tier funding success and drive deeptech impact.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with deep tech background preferred.
• Strong English writing abilities and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the investment case and overall strategic direction of applications.
• Lead storytelling to translate breakthrough science into commercial impact.
• Coach founders through interview readiness and pitch performance.
• Build robust financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and TRL roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development and client management.
• Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of EU funding trends.
