The Role

We’re on the lookout for anAccount Managerwho can balance commercial expertise with technical knowledge. You’ll manage multiple customer projects (up to 10 at a time), interpret technical drawings, perform calculations, and coordinate with our internal supply chain. You'll also represent Bexco at conferences and exhibitions worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Achieve order intake and sales targets, focusing on Benelux, UK, and Nordic markets.

Prepare competitive offers and provide first-line technical support.

Build strong relationships with lifting engineers, rigging specialists, and operators.

Analyze customer needs to provide optimal solutions.

Participate in trade shows and industry events globally.

What We're Looking For

Based in Belgium, preferably fluent in Flemish.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial sciences, or business with technical expertise.

Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.

Self-starter with project management experience or a graduate with a “can-do” attitude.

Ability to work with technical drawings and materials understanding.
