Une entreprise dynamique et en pleine croissance recherche un gestionnaire de projet expérimenté pour superviser des projets de construction institutionnelle et commerciale. Ce rôle implique la coordination des sous-traitants, la planification des opérations quotidiennes et la gestion des budgets de projet. Vous serez responsable de l'établissement des politiques de contrôle qualité et de la supervision des activités d'une équipe de 5 à 10 personnes. Si vous êtes passionné par la construction et que vous avez un sens aigu de l'organisation, cette opportunité vous permettra de contribuer à des projets significatifs dans un environnement stimulant et collaboratif.

Qualifications

• 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en gestion de projet dans la construction.
• Certificat en santé et sécurité au travail requis.

Responsabilités

• Préparer et soumettre des estimations de budget de projet de construction.
• Établir et mettre en œuvre des politiques de contrôle qualité.
