Natus Medical Incorporated in Kontich, Belgium, is seeking a meticulous, service‑oriented field technician to provide level 1 and 2 technical support for EEG and EMG devices. You will perform maintenance, assist with software usage, and support network environments while collaborating with field technicians and the sales team.

The role requires strong Windows/Networking knowledge, 1–3 years in technical support, and fluent Dutch with professional English.

Qualifications

BTS/Bac+2 in computer science, electronics or related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Windows Server and network systems.
HL7 interfaces experience is advantageous.
1–3 years in technical support; motivated entry-level considered.

Responsabilités

Provide level 1 and 2 technical support for EEG and EMG devices by phone or digital tools.
Perform corrective maintenance on hardware and software.
Assist with software usage and configuration.
Provide support for network environments.
Provide remote IT support (accessing equipment).
Coordinate with workshops for repair of electronic sub-assemblies.
Record, analyze, and resolve client technical incidents.
Prepare service quotes and manage loaner/spare equipment inventory.
Contribute to a service culture focused on quality, collaboration and patient care.
