An international organization based in Brussels is looking for a proactive Secretary (Administrative Agent) to support the Deputy Managing Director. This role demands excellent communication and organizational skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to work in both English and French. Ideal candidates will have a post-secondary education and significant administrative experience while contributing to a diverse team environment.
