At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an AI Governance Consultant to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Guide and support departmental AI initiatives and project development.
• Draft, analyze, and summarize AI policy documents, identifying key stakeholder impacts.
• Report on compliance obligations for AI systems under evolving regulations.
• Track and prioritize regulatory compliance tasks and implementation efforts.
• Prepare and deliver training and presentations tailored to varied technical audiences.
• Create clear communication materials on regulatory updates and compliance procedures.
• Manage timelines and report progress on compliance projects.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to assess feasibility of regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT field with minimum 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum 15 years of relevant experience).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex technical and policy documents and extract actionable insights.
• Familiarity with cloud and AI technologies to effectively engage with technical teams.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Effective time management and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in preparing clear reports, summaries, and documentation with version control in collaborative settings.
• Strong passion for working on world-shaping regulations and a keen awareness of their impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Desirable:

• Direct experience working with AI technologies.
• Background in policy implementation.
• Experience in IT corporate governance and compliance.
• Proven track record in delivering technical training.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset.
