Job summary

Metheion Technology & Engineering Consulting seeks a software engineer to design and deliver immersive, AI-driven stage experiences that blend software, AI, 3D environments, music, video, and real-time interaction. You will turn complex technologies into engaging digital experiences for live stage productions, collaborating with artists, engineers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying CUDA-accelerated AI models on edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
• Strong software development experience with Python and TypeScript.
• Experience in backend/API development and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte).
• Experience developing interactive or real-time software applications.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure setup and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop proof-of-concept applications and interactive systems for immersive, audience-facing stage experiences.
• Apply AI algorithms and software engineering to create responsive experiences.
• Develop applications combining AI, real-time data, 3D environments, visuals, music, video, and interactivity.
• Use Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms where appropriate.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, and AI-powered edge components.
• Design and implement software infrastructure across cloud, local, and edge environments.
• Integrate software with hardware, AI systems, tools, and interactive technologies.
• Translate concepts and client requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Serve as the technical software liaison between artistic partners, engineering teams, and clients.
• Build automated testing and QA processes to support reliable development and deployment.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate concepts based on feedback.
• Balance architectural decisions with hands-on development.
