Fincons is looking for a Business Analyst

Task description :

• Analysis of business requirements

• Preparation of system use cases and solution discussion and review with the technical team

• Coordination and review of business requirements with developers during and following development

• Interaction with the customer, users, project leaders and the developers

• Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users

Specific Expertise:

The proposed candidates should have the following specific expertise:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience working in business analysis and interacting with technical and business audiences.

• At least 5 years of experience using BPMN standards, including UML, use case modelling, business process modelling, data modelling, and functional specifications.

• At least 3 years of experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. PowerPoint).

• At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies.

• Working experience in EU skills and qualifications domains/projects/initiatives within the Labour Market and/or the Education and Training sector will be considered as an asset.
