Context & Environment

For over 35 years, AS 24, a 100% subsidiary of the TotalEnergies Company, specializes in fuel distribution for transport professionals. With its network of stations dedicated to Heavy Goods Vehicles and its ambition to facilitate the business of haulage contractors daily, AS 24 has established itself as a European leader in fuel supply and mobility services for trucks.

We are looking for a Technical and Maintenance Engineer. The position is located in Brussels and offers a company car.

The Project and Maintenance Engineer reports to the Technical Manager (TM) and is part of the technical team. He/She ensures the daily operations of the stations in the three (BNL) affiliates, works on projects, and develops new energy solutions. He/she follows the strategy and procedures set by the AS24 group and strictly adheres to safety rules (HSE).

Activities

• Conduct yearly visits to all own branded stations in Belgium.
• Perform safety tours, live-saving checks, and product delivery checklists.
• Follow up on the proper functioning and maintenance of stations, such as oil separators, firefighting equipment, and first aid equipment.
• Monitor operations remotely via CCTV snapshots.
• Develop the new energies network (EV, H2) in the BNL.
• Integrate solar panels into projects when requested or necessary.
• Manage preventive and curative maintenance with external contractors.
• Set up procedures and analyze KPIs for follow-up.

Candidate Profile

• Technical degree (at least bachelor level) with electro-mechanical or construction background.
• Languages: Mandatory Dutch and French; English is a plus.
• Customer-oriented and good communication skills.
• Well organized and flexible.
• Hands-on technical skills.
