This challenging position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and project management skills. You will report directly (functional reporting) to the Head of EV charging based at the company's HQ. However, he/she will also report operationally to the heads of operations in the countries.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of EV chargers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that all installations meet our standards and customer expectations.
3. Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting key milestones, KPIs (revenue, sessions, etc.), risks, and mitigation strategies.
4. Compliance: Ensure that all installations comply with local and national regulations, including electrical safety and environmental standards.
