Description
- You prepare quotes and seek the best solutions for the insured, while respecting the interests of the broker.
- You manage customized policies, tailored to specific needs of clients, brokers or organizations.
- You perform analyses and are involved in remediation processes.
- As part of a regional team, you are the permanent point of contact for a specific group of brokers.
- You work closely with sales colleagues to improve services.
- You provide support to brokers using our policy creation system, which enables them to perform various actions themselves.
- You act as an advisor to brokers with questions and provide consultation on their requests.
- You will contribute to the continuous optimization of our systems and processes.
- You are responsible for creating and managing insurance policies legal expenses for our clients.
- You create new policies and modify existing policies at the request of both the broker and the policyholder.
Profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or Legal Practice, or has similar experience.
- Has at least 5 years of experience as a policy administrator with an insurance company or broker.
- Proficient in French, both written and oral.
- Meets the requirements for theoretical knowledge and practical experience of PCP, or is willing to continue training in this area.
- Has a customer-oriented attitude and puts customer needs at the center of all interactions.
- Provides friendly and efficient customer service, actively listens and understands the core of conversations to clearly articulate customer needs.
- Is able to think with and jointly arrive at optimal solutions.
- Recognizes and exploits sales opportunities, and can convince both brokers and clients of the benefits of the products offered.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Functions as an internal specialist and promotes the exchange of knowledge and information within the organization so that everyone is well informed and works together to achieve a unified approach.
