Job Description:

Your role and responsibilities

• Oversee TVH’s indirect operations spend, including sourcing, category management, and consumption management across various categories such as operations, automation, real estate, and facilities.
• Manage complex sourcing projects using a disciplined category management process to develop and implement strategies that support organizational needs.
• Handle regional spend and develop or implement existing (sub)category strategies.
• Perform in-depth spend and market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and drive value through savings and supplier efficiencies.
• Support the development and execution of multi-year savings plans.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives via workshops, negotiations, RFPs, and supplier consolidation.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and oversee new supplier onboarding and performance management via SRM.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and change management.
• Develop and recommend sourcing strategies, fostering strong internal and supplier relationships to maximize value.

Your profile

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of relevant indirect procurement experience.
• Experience across various indirect spend categories, especially in operations and facilities.
• Ability to review contracts from a commercial perspective.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, matrix environment and think strategically.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch and French are advantageous.
