Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Director, Transformation Programs as part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization. This role will support the Project Management Office (PMO) activities as part of the Transcend Transformation Program, a series of highly complex, multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Shape and influence PMO activities for their respective program.
• Establish PMO cadence, mechanics, and methodology across all workstreams.
• Partner with the transformation deployment lead and managers to ensure communication of interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics.
• Identify and manage interdependencies across programs.
• Be an active member of the global PMO, contributing to the overall success with leadership, holistic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure the project follows deployment standards and governance processes to deliver quality solutions on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Apply and promote project management methodologies throughout the project, coaching team members as needed.
• Drive effective use of project management tools like Jira and MS Project.
• Propose and implement improvements to project management processes and tools.
• Supervise project team members if responsible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
• At least 3 years of Program Management experience on complex business transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of MedTech, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.
• Hands-on project management experience with operations and supply chain expertise.
• Excellent project management, influencing, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active project management, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience with SAP and SAP implementations.

• Up to 25% travel required.
