About the role:

• Manage warehouse operations staff effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Fever's internal operations processes.
• Oversee management of inbound/outbound shipments destined for the warehouse.
• Handle inventory management: categorize, input data on SORTLY, conduct audits, and update inventory based on shipments.
• Define KPIs and track metrics related to inventory and facilities.
• Manage budgeting for workforce, logistics, and support costs such as safety, security, insurance, and maintenance.
• Support the Finance team by tracking and allocating costs per IP based on warehouse use.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free environment through a Maintenance Plan.
• Serve as POC for stakeholders (F.O., N.V…) with inventory stored in the warehouse.
• Manage business relationships with staffing agencies for warehouse operations.
• Implement strategies to drive standardization, continuous improvement, maximize productivity, and reduce costs.

About you:

• Fluent in English and French.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations.
• Experience and skills in inventory management.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Forklift and heavy equipment certification.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience managing complex situations in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures.
