Job Description:
Purpose and role
Responsible, at Global Practice level, for project delivery performance balancing on product cost optimization and client satisfaction, and business & delivery risk management on selected key deals.
You will be one of the global managers for Microsoft solutions and Dynamics within the Inetum group.
Key deals should be identified during the deal shaping phase depending on size, complexity, and strategic positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Economic Model
- Challenge and approve delivery models of key engagements at solutioning stage, ensuring alignment with competencies of Project Managers and client needs/risk levels.
- Delivery Performance and Risk Management
- Ensure effective handover between presales and delivery teams on key deals.
- Mitigate delivery risks and participate in risk management reviews.
- Optimize profitability through delivery productivity and excellence, manage change requests and extensions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Interface closely with Delivery Executives.
- Industrialization
- Deploy industrial tools and methods within the delivery organization to improve performance.
- Monitor engagement 'stock' and ensure industrialization checks.
Qualifications
Required skills and experience
- Proven operational management experience, including with senior clients and key BU executives, and project delivery expertise.
- Ability to orchestrate delivery and build project managers based on credibility.
- Experience managing customer crises.
- Long-term experience with Microsoft environments; expertise in Azure, 365, and MS Dynamics is highly valuable.
- Experience managing service and business offerings, with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
- Effective collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating visions into tactical objectives, emphasizing operational excellence.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, results-driven, with excellent communication skills, including engagement at C-level.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages like Dutch are a plus.
- Travel required within group teams (Paris, Belgium, Tunisia, Morocco), approximately twice a month.
