As a Junior Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will be part of an international team and support our OTRS customer projects from initial contact to contract closure. You will identify revenue potential, maintain existing business relationships, and explore new sales channels.

This is you:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years relevant experience (SaaS solution sales background preferred).
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with modern CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and the MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive and result-driven “hunter’s” mindset and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (e.g. attending trade shows and networking events).
  • A professional, confident, and customer-oriented demeanor, along with excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
