HR Operations Excellence Manager (50%)

Your Mission

As the HR Operations Excellence Manager, you will collaborate closely with the HR Director Global Operations to develop and transform our operations at both global and site levels, focusing on people and organizational aspects. You will ensure key processes and policies are executed flawlessly and continuously improved, bringing leadership and expertise to foster a culture of ongoing improvement.

Key Accountabilities

• Partner with HR leaders and business managers to address organizational challenges and develop strategies for talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, development, and engagement.
• Build trust and strong relationships with business leaders and collaborate with HR and Operations Centers of Excellence.
• Assist in designing and implementing people and organization processes aligned with Puratos values and culture.
• Support and evaluate the Operational Excellence Program in collaboration with site and HQ teams.
• Develop action plans to improve operational people and organization performance, aligning with business strategies.
• Promote leadership, coaching, and feedback culture; ensure talent review and development actions are implemented.
• Assist in headcount forecasting and budget planning to meet talent pipeline needs.
• Leverage data and analytics to gain insights and improve talent decisions in Operations.
• Define and monitor KPIs, creating user-friendly reports and dashboards to measure project and process effectiveness.
• Contribute to strategic projects related to business operations, such as engagement surveys, competency analysis, and leadership development.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field, with 3-5 years of HR experience in Operations (e.g., HRBP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Adaptability to change and ambiguity.
• Positive energy, eagerness to learn and grow.
• Focus on continuous improvement and change management.
• Effective team collaboration skills within a matrix organization.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to translate data into solutions.
• Experience in process, project, and change management.
• Strong business acumen with digital and data mindset; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR ERP tools.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
