Oniverse is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to drive online sales across Website, App and Zalando, delivering an exceptional customer experience and optimizing digital operations.

You will work with the Ecommerce Manager to manage promotions, content, campaigns and analytics, ensuring KPI-driven improvements and seamless collaboration with CRM, Commercial and HQ teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ecommerce, marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with CMS/CRM tools and Google Analytics.

• Manage day‑to‑day ecommerce operations, including promotions, newsletters and website content.
• Support the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns together with the local media agency.
• Monitor business and KPIs performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Commercial, Retail, Digital and HQ teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
• Contribute to new ecommerce projects and continuously improve the online customer experience.

As an Ecommerce Specialist, working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, you will manage e-commerce activities across Website, App and Zalando to drive online sales and deliver the best customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Support the growth of our ecommerce business across Website, App and Zalando.
• Manage day‑to‑day ecommerce operations, including promotions, newsletters and website content.
• Support the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns together with the local media agency.
• Monitor business and KPIs performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Commercial, Retail, Digital and HQ teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Passion for ecommerce, digital marketing and customer experience.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with CMS/CRM tools and Google Analytics (Marketing Cloud and CoreMedia are a plus).
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or previous experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or online operations is a plus.
